Tired of managing your glaucoma or elevated eye pressure with prescription eyedrops? We now offer DURYSTA®, a prescription medicine and drug delivery system for lowering eye pressure in patients with open angle glaucoma or high eye pressure (ocular hypertension).

Dr. Baron J. Williamson, a native of Baton Rouge, is a graduate of LSU Medical School, and he completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Dr. Williamson is a board certified Ophthalmologist specializing in Cataract Surgery.

Dr. Jason P. Allemond earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 1998. He came to Zachary after completing his studies where he provides complete Eye Care to its residents including managing Ocular Diseases.

Dr. Jeff DiBenedetto is a native of Southeast Louisiana. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Vision Science as well as a Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 2001.

Dr. Jelks graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2014 with a degree in Biology and completed his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 2018. Dr. Jelks is from Centreville, Mississippi and joined our practice in August of 2018.
